What we agree before starting

01

Scope and authority

The engagement proposal identifies the objective, included work, exclusions, deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance evidence, and commercial basis. Binding obligations come from the applicable executed agreement.

02

Confidentiality and information

Before sensitive material is exchanged, agree confidentiality requirements, approved recipients, working locations, and information-handling arrangements. Use general context in the public inquiry form.

03

Access and change

Agree the required environments, access owners, permitted actions, and approval points. Production changes, releases, and access removal belong in the engagement's agreed operating process.

04

People and specialist support

Identify our responsibilities and those of the client and vendors before work begins. Any proposed specialist involvement, access needs, and confidentiality requirements are addressed as part of the engagement setup.

05

Deliverables and ownership

Specify required formats, handover materials, acceptance responsibilities, and rights to deliverables in the agreement. Third-party products, pre-existing materials, and licensing requirements are addressed explicitly.

06

Commercials and onboarding

Confirm the fee or authorized cap, currency, invoicing triggers, payment terms, expenses, purchase-order requirements, and prerequisites before starting. Scope changes include their effect on timing and cost.

Vendor documentation

Vendor onboarding requirements

Send the list of documents or questionnaires your organization requires, the procurement contact, and the target date. We will confirm what can be supplied and any items that need resolution.

Requests may include tax forms, insurance evidence, security questionnaires, confidentiality terms, and supplier registration details. Current coverage, limits, certifications, and contractual requirements are confirmed individually; this page is not an attestation.

Sensitive records

Exchanging sensitive information

Banking details, tax identifiers, credentials, and confidential records should not be entered in a website inquiry or booking note. Coordinate an approved exchange method with us.

Private decision rooms support signed-in, approved participants for client-facing working records. Your engagement's approved documents remain the authority for scope and obligations.
