Your consultation

Your introductory consultation

A 30-minute conversation with The McClintock Group on Microsoft Teams. We will discuss your objective, the current challenge, and whether the project is a fit for the firm.

What we will discuss

  1. 01

    The result you need

What needs to work differently, who depends on it, and why it matters now.

  2. 02

    The obstacle and constraints

What is known, what is uncertain, what has already been tried, and the dates or dependencies that matter.

  3. 03

    Next steps

Whether the situation fits our capabilities and what evidence, people, or scope would be needed to proceed.

No preparation required

A short explanation is enough. If useful, bring the decision you are trying to make, the most important constraint, and a sense of what success would look like. There is no need to create a deck or upload documents.

If several people need to align first, the leadership brief builder can help you organize the discussion. It stays in your browser unless you explicitly submit it.

After the conversation

If there is a fit, we will agree on the next step, who needs to be involved, and the information required to define the work. Scope and commercial terms are agreed before an engagement begins. Where the decision needs more evidence, the Technology Decision Assessment provides a defined paid starting point.

Use a general description initially. Detailed client material, credentials, and sensitive system information belong in an agreed secure channel.
